Getting a replacement phone
Instead of paying to install new wiring or running wires along the baseboard I was looking for a cordless system so I could plug the base station near my computer and just have the additional handset near the arm chair across the room. Review: I recently installed broadband and telephone service in my home office and wanted a telephone near my computer and another across the room. Functionality and portability of the cordless phone with answering machine is great. Answering machine quality is not as good as I would have expected. Despite one of the handsets dying, i am planning on getting a replacement and stick with the phone. Review: This is a great quality phone with all the latest features – talking caller id, talking alarm, controlling which phone rings at night.
