Strength Exercises For Low Back Pain

When I hurt my back, the doctor explained to me that it was important that I do  strengthening exercises for low back pain to avoid re injury. He told me that having strong abdominal muscles help protect the back from strain is extremely important. If the abdominal muscles are weak, the back muscles have to work extra to compensate for the weaker muscles. I’ve been working hard to strengthen both my back and abdominal muscles. My back is feeling stronger and better everyday.
