I get a great feeling whenever I exercise. The problem is that I do not always have time to exercise the way I want. What I decided to do was to find a diet and exercise program that would add some sort of structure to my routine. Bikini boot camps work great for me. They teach me the right techniques and give me goals to achieve. It means that I am working out smarter, and that means that it is taking me less time to get in a good workout. In the long run, I am feeling fantastic. I know I am getting a quality workout in a short time.

I was just watching the movie Shooter with Marky Mark, or Mark Wahlberg where he is this badass marine sniper.  In the beginning of the movie he’s wearing a ghillie suit and shoots up a bunch of bad guys.  That’s a cool suit and I really want one.  So I looked online for hunting sniper suits, but found out that they are called gillie suits.

Then at the end of the movie he wore a real cool all white ghilly suit and I thought that I should get that instead because I live in Canada.  I wonder if the ghillie suit stores ship to Canada?

I have been playing basketball since I was a young boy. Even though I have been playing basketball since I’ve been young, I have always had a problem with my jumping technique. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t seem to get my feet off the ground. My coach told me about this jump manual and told me I should read it. I gave it a try and did some of the Exercises to Jump Higher. After years of struggling with jumping, I finally was able to jump high enough to dunk. This has been a dream of mine since I was little and I am so excited that I have finally accomplished it.

I’ve had a love for golf since I was a little boy, my father was always on the golf course and he would take me with him whenever he went to play a round with his friends. I started being his caddy and then got an actual job at a golf course while I was in high school. Now that I’ve graduated, I’m actually thinking about attending Golf College so that I can get an education and learn from others who have been in the sport for years. I’ll get an education in golf course management and golf instruction, so even if my dream of going pro doesn’t work out, I can still do what I love.

This year, we’re starting a new family tradition. Every year during Thanksgiving, my wife gets after me and our sons for getting underfoot while she is cooking. Since we don’t much care for watching football on TV, we’re going to start a tradition of playing flag football before dinner. My oldest son is already compiling flag football plays, and my younger boys are asking to have friends over that day to play. I’m pretty excited myself, and I feel a long and glorious tradition beginning to form. Maybe one day I’ll get to play with my grandsons on Thanksgiving day, while Grandma cooks the turkey.
