My daughter and husband both want guitars for Christmas. My husband had one as a teenager, he was in a garage band with his friends. The only experience my daughter has with playing a guitar is when she plays Guitar Hero with her friends after school. I was recently surfing the web when I saw an ad that said, “Learn to Play the Piano with Easy, Online Lessons!“  I thought that that would be impossible for me.  I have no musical abilities whatsoever.  I can’t sing, I can’t dance, and I most certainly can not play an instrument.  That didn’t stop me from trying though.  I tried the site out and I was amazed at the program.  I was actually learning something.  It was something I could do and I am liking it.  The piano is an amazing instrument and I am going to continue to learn.

My husband and I are new parents.  We just had our first son about a month ago.  He is so precious and such a wonderful baby.  We decided that for our parent’s Christmas present this year that we would have our son’s picture taken and frame it up and that would be their gift.  We found a children’s photographer in Chicago and set up an appointment. We were to pick out a background and a couple different props.  I am excited to have our son’s picture taken by a professional.  I hope it woks out the way we hope it does.
