Rivet Vary in Different Sizes
Rivet diameter increments are usually measured in 1/32-inch and 1/16-inch length increases, expressed as “number marker at the end of the rivetsss identification number. A marker marker 3 4”; (XXXXXX-3-4 ) designation indicates a diameter of 3/32-inch and 4/16-inch (or 1/4-inch) long. Some lengths of the rivets are also available in “mid-size and will be a dash number and -3.5 (7 / 32) “ to refer to a medium-sized rivets. The letters and digits identifying a Rivets preceding dash indicate many of the specifications under which it became the rivets head and style. In many rivets, size 32s can be placed at the head of the rivets. Also on the rivets head, and small depressed or raised dimples or small bars indicate the alloy rivets.
